目的:用Ho:YAG激光对尿道狭窄及膀胱颈部挛缩的患者进行治疗,并评价其疗效.方法:59例患者(其中尿道狭窄26例,膀胱颈部挛缩33例)采用经尿道Ho:YAG激光治疗,观察其术中情况、术后并发症及疗效.结果:59例患者通过治疗,均获得比较满意疗效,术中几乎无出血,术后排尿情况较术前有明显改善且无明显并发症.结论:Ho:YAG激光对尿道狭窄及膀胱颈部挛缩等下尿路梗阻性疾病是一种行之有效的治疗方法,并且安全微创,易于操作.

Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of transurethral Ho:YAG-laser resection to treat the urethral stricture and bladder neck contracture. Methods: 59 cases (including 26 cases of urethral stricture and 33 cases of bladder neck contracture) were treated by transurethral Ho:YAG-laser resection. The blood loss and the energy consumption of holmium-laser during the operation as well as the complications and curative effect after operation were observed. Results: The therapeutic effects were considered successful, with less bleeding and no severe complications. The urination ability improved obviously after operation. Conclusions: The Ho:YAG-laser demonstrated good effect to treat the obstructive diseases of lower urinary tract such as urethral stricture and bladder neck contracture. It was safe, minimal invasive and easy to operate.
