摘要
目的: 探讨Varp蛋白对人宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。方法: 构建稳定表达Varp蛋白的Hela细胞株, 通过氚标胸腺嘧啶核苷酸(3H-TdR)掺入法及碘化丙啶(PI)染色流式细胞术检测Varp蛋白对Hela细胞增殖、凋亡等方面的影响。结果: 稳定表达Varp蛋白的Hela细胞相对于对照细胞, 其增殖明显下降, 而凋亡明显增加。结论: Varp蛋白在Hela细胞中稳定过表达能够增加细胞凋亡, 抑制细胞增殖。
Abstract
Objective: To study the Hela cell proliferation and apoptosis influenced by Varp. Methods: Varp overexpressed stable cell line Hela/Varp was constructed. 3H-TdR incorporation assay and PI staining flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detect the proliferation and apoptosis of various cells, respectively. Results: Proliferation is lower but apoptosis is higher in Varp overexpressed stable cell line compared with the control cell. Conclusion: Overexpression of Varp inhibits proliferation and reduces apoptosis in Hela cell.
